Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. flour
3 c. grated carrots
3/4 c. ground walnuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar
Preparation

Beat together sugar, eggs, oil and vanilla.
Mix together salt, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and flour, then add to first mixture.
Then add carrots and walnuts; mix well.
Bake in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
