Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

pork chops
6 beef bouillon cubes
3 c. boiling water
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
dash of ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown pork chops at 300\u00b0
in electric frying pan . Take chops out.
Simmer 6 beef bouillon cubes and 3 cups boiling water.
Stir and dissolve.
Add rice, celery, onion, ketchup, salt and pepper. Mix.
Place chops on top.
Can also be topped with onions, peppers or tomatoes.
Cook; simmer 45 to 50 minutes.
Add water if necessary.
