Pineapple Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

2 (15 1/4 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
30 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Pour pineapple and juice into a 13 x 9 casserole dish. Add grated cheese. Mix together flour and sugar. Stir flour and sugar in the pineapple and cheese. Crush 30 Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Melt margarine and pour over crackers. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
