Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados
    1 Tbsp. onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. fresh cilantro
    juice of 1 lime
    1 medium tomato, peeled
    1 or more canned Serrano chilies
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and mash the avocados.
    Remove seeds and chop chilies and tomatoes.
    Chop cilantro and combine all ingredients.
    Put in a serving dish with the avocado seed in center.
    This prevents discoloration.
    Makes about 2 cups.
