Banana Nut Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas or 3 bananas
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix together thoroughly sugar and shortening. Stir in buttermilk, mashed bananas and flour, then stir in soda. Then fold in nuts. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
