Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. red apples, chopped
1 c. red grapes
1 c. celery, finely chopped
4 tsp. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise (fat-free)
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
pinch of cinnamon
pinch of allspice
pinch of ginger
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate until served.
