Tortoni - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
1/8 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Mix egg white and salt with rotary beater until stiff.
Add 2 tablespoons sugar to this.
Whip cream and 4 tablespoons sugar; add flavors.
Mix cream and egg whites together.
Spoon into cupcake cups and freeze until firm.
