Chicken Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
    1/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    finely chopped pecans
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix first six ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Shape mixture into ball, and roll in finely chopped nuts.
    Note:
    Ball may also be rolled in crumbled bacon, chives or a combination of bacon, chives and nuts.
