Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 loaves frozen bread dough
    3 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    oregano
    mushrooms
    onions
    green or red peppers
    3 lb. sliced ham
Preparation
    Let dough rise, punch down, knead lightly and roll out on a greased cookie sheet.
    Layer the meat and cheese alternately across the dough.
    Sprinkle with oregano, mushrooms, chopped peppers, onions or anything else you like.
    Roll up sides of dough over meat and cheese as you would a jelly roll.
    Fold ends in and turn over.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Tomato sauce or spaghetti sauce can be added.
