Low Fat Whole Wheat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. lukewarm nonfat milk
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    4 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Stir the yeast in the 1/4 c. lukewarm water and let it stand for 5 minutes to dissolve.
    Mix the milk, molasses and salt in a large mixing bowl.
    Add the dissolved yeast and flour and beat will.
    Cover mixture with a clean towel and let rise in a warm place until double in size.
    Beat again briefly and put mixture into a vegetable sprayed loaf pan.
    Cover and let rise to just less than double size.
    Preheat oven to 375.
    Bake bread for about 45 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool.
