Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. salmon (1 lb. can)
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    4 tsp. melted butter
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. minced dry onion flakes
Preparation
    Save salmon juice.
    Add enough milk to make 3/4 cup liquid. Add 2 to 3 drops vinegar.
    Mix all together.
    Grease a loaf pan or dish.
    Pat salmon in.
    Place baking dish in another pan of water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
