Pumpkin Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 (8 oz. size) pkg. cream cheese (soft to room temperature)
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine graham cracker crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter; mix well with fork.
    Grease bottom and side of a 10-inch spring-form pan.
    With back of spoon, press crumb mixture to bottom and halfway up the side of the prepared pan.
    Bake 8 minutes or until golden brown.
    Remove and cool.
