Sausage With Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian link sausages
    1/2 c. water
    3 green peppers
    1 onion
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 garlic clove
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. thickly ground black pepper
Preparation
    Place sausage in frying pan.
    Add water.
    Pierce the sausages. Cook until done.
    Drain grease and add cut up peppers and onion. Cook until onion is opaque.
    Add tomato sauce and seasonings.
    Add the sliced sausages.
    Cook about 5 minutes.
