Strawberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
1 1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
4 eggs

Preparation

Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and soda together. Beat eggs, sugar, oil and strawberries (thawed) together. Add the flour mixture and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
