Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen hash browns
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    1 sm. container of sour cream
    1 pkg. of shredded American cheese (the more cheese the better)
    1 pkg. Ritz crackers (save for topping)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients except crackers. Grease large baking pan. Put mixture into baking pan, pat down. Then crumble your crackers over the top and dot with margarine. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until top gets brown and bubbly.
