Amish Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick margarine
1 pie shell, baked
Preparation

Combine ingredients together; cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil.
Remove from heat; pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Let cool, then refrigerate several hours before serving.
