Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne
    dash of pepper
    dash of paprika
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine the first 7 ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring cup or small mixing bowl.
    Beat at high until thick, 2 minutes. Slowly add 1/2 cup oil, a tablespoon at a time.
    Beat at high 2 minutes. Beat in vinegar for a minute. Gradually beat in 1 cup oil until thick, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Beat in lemon juice.
    Makes 2 cups.
