Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. jam
Preparation

In bowl, dissolve yeast.
Stir in biscuit mix, egg and 1 tablespoon sugar.
Mix well.
Turn out onto surface dusted with mix.
Knead gently for 20 strokes.
Place dough on center of baking sheet.
Roll out.
