Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. half and half
1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except 9-inch pie shell.
Sprinkle an additional tablespoon of flour over the bottom of the crust.
Pour the rhubarb mixture into the crust.
Bake for 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking another 1/2 hour or until custard is set.
