Pineapple Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/4 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1 to 1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped pecans (1 c. for mix, 1 for topping)
    paprika
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for 1 cup pecans.
    Chill.
    Form into a ball of 2 logs.
    Coat with pecans; sprinkle with paprika. Can be frozen.
