White Bean Salad Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) Great Northern beans, rinse and drain
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, minced
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/8 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in medium bowl.
    Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
    Very good with crusty French bread.
    You may use cilantro, instead of parsley.
    Serves 6.
