Oven Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large, unpeeled baking potatoes
    1/2 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut each potato in 8 wedges.
    Arrange wedges peel side down. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
    Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Brush occasionally with oil mixture.
    Makes 8 servings.
