Chinese Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions (white or green)
    1 egg
    1 c. cooked rice
    mushrooms (optional)
    shortening or oil
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce or more
    slivers of pork or chicken
    frozen peas
Preparation
    Dice onions
    and brown with mushrooms in oil.
    Beat egg and pour
    over\tonions and mushrooms.
    When egg begins to set, break into pieces.
    Add cooked rice, peas, meat and soy sauce. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.\tIf too dry, add a little water.
