Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1 hot pepper, chopped
    1 large can tomatoes
    1 lb. shrimp, cleaned and deveined
    3 garlic cloves, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    olive oil
    1 Tbsp. file powder
    red wine
Preparation
    Saute the onions, garlic, bay leaf and peppers in hot oil until onions are translucent.
    Add the tomatoes, reserving the juice.
