Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen broccoli (chopped)
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. oil, heated
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
    1 c. raw rice, cooked
    Parmesan cheese
    2 c. chopped (cooked) chicken
Preparation
    Toss the chopped broccoli and onion in heated oil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Add soup; heat to boiling point, then reduce heat.
    Stir in cheese, milk and salt; cook 3 minutes longer.
    Add cooked rice.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    If you use chicken, layer it in the center between top and bottom layers.
