Beef And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs (for top)
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Brown beef and onion and season with salt and pepper.
    Mix soups with milk and combine all other ingredients. Pour into a buttered 9 x 13 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Top with crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
