Ingredients

1/3 c brown sugar
1/2 c chopped walnuts
1 c flour
1/3 c margarine, melted
1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 egg
1 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c white sugar
Preparation

Mix brown sugar, walnuts and flour.
Stir in margarine; mix until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup.
Press remaining mixture into 8-inch square pan and bake at 350 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes, remove. While crust is baking, beat cream cheese and white sugar.
Beat in egg.
Add lemon juice, milk and vanilla.
Blend.
Pour onto baked crust and top with the reserved crumb mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 - 30 minutes.
Cool and chill.
Cut into 2-inch squares. Enjoy!
