Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. chopped green onion
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 to 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. cold water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. cooked chicken
1 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sliced water chestnuts
Preparation

Saute green onion, celery, green pepper and slivered almonds. Add ground ginger, soy sauce and pepper.
Mix water and cornstarch; add to vegetable mix and cook until thick.
Add chicken, pineapple and chestnuts; simmer 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
