Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, cooked and diced
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped sweet pickles
1/2 c. chopped green and red pepper
3 boiled eggs
1 tsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. ground turmeric
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. sweet pickle juice
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Toss ingredients to mix.
Garnish with parsley and paprika. Let stand in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before serving.
