Sugar-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    4 Tbsp. sugar substitute (she used Pillsbury Sprinkle Sweet, says it has a better flavor)
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. water
    4 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (mini chips are the best for this recipe)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar substitute.
    Beat in eggs, water and vanilla.
    Combine flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. Add dry mix to creamed mixture, stirring to blend thoroughly. Stir in chocolate mini-chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes. This cookie will not brown as other chocolate chip cookies.
    Makes about 7 dozen.
