Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
2 eggs

Preparation

Combine in a 2-quart saucepan the margarine, cocoa and water. Heat to boiling.
Remove and add flour, salt, soda and sugar. Beat until mixed.
Add 1/2 cup sour cream and eggs; blend.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 22 minutes in a greased pan (15 x 11 1/2-inch).
