Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. hot mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. brown sugar
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 c. cream
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. brandy or sherry

Preparation

Combine all ingredients and turn into a pastry lined pie plate.
Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes longer or until pie is set and crust is browned.
