Funnel Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
    oil for skillet
Preparation
    Use an electric skillet with 1/2 full of oil.
    When oil gets hot take mixture of first 5 ingredients (mixed well), pour mixture (1/2 cup) through funnel.
    Move into a circular motion and then crisscross motion.
    Turn when it becomes brown.
    Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
