Fresh Pineapple Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple juice (crushed pineapple is okay)
    1 egg, well beaten
    2 to 4 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Mix juice, egg, flour and sugar together.
    Heat to boil and thicken.
    Cool.
    Fold into whipped cream.
    Keep cold.
    Makes 2 1/2 cups.
