Breakfast Chunkies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped dry roasted unsalted peanuts
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1/2 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    2 Tbsp. wheat germ
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. unsalted sunflower seeds
    1/2 c. maple syrup
    1/2 mashed banana
Preparation
    Stir the flour, oatmeal, sesame seed, wheat germ, baking powder and cinnamon in a large bowl until blended.
    Add the peanuts, walnuts, raisins, dates and sunflower seeds; stir to coat.
    Beat the oil, maple syrup, egg and banana together.
    Fold into the dry ingredients until blended.
    Drop by rounded 1/4 cupfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
    Bake until bottoms are golden, 15 to 18 minutes.
    Makes about 20 cookies.
