Potatoes On The Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 large potatoes
Preparation
    Brush a large piece of heavy aluminum foil with butter.
    In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes.
    Cut potatoes in 1/2-inch thick wedges.
    Place in foil and brush oil mixture on potatoes.
    Tightly seal edges of foil.
    Place on grill.
    Cook 1 hour.
