Tomato And Red Onion Salad With Goat Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large ripe tomatoes, sliced thin
    1 medium red onion, sliced in thin rings
    3 oz. goat cheese, sliced
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic, minced
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 to 4 Tbsp. fruity olive oil
    olives and basil (for garnish)
Preparation
    Layer tomato slices attractively on plate.
    Top with onion and cheese.
    Mix together vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper and olive oil.
    Pour over salad.
    Garnish.
