Western Meat-In-One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    1/4 c. chopped ripe olives
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    3/4 c. rice
    3/4 c. mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Add garlic, salt, onion, green pepper and chili powder and saute for 5 minutes or until vegetables are limp. Mix in tomatoes, kidney beans and rice and turn into a 2-quart casserole.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with olives and cheese.
    Continue baking for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
