Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/4 small onion, chopped very fine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    bell pepper (enough to season, if desired)
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Beat egg; add corn, seasonings, flour and milk.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for one hour.
    Serves 6 to 8.
