Hodge Podge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cans Ranch Style beans
    3 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes with diced chiles
    3 cans minestrone soup
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Add chopped onion and cook until tender. Drain beef and onion well.
    Add rest of ingredients and let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    This can be served over rice to make it go farther, but it does make a large pan full.
