Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin
3 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 c. oil

Preparation

Cream together sugar and oil.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour batter into three 9-inch prepared cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
