Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen crinkle-cut cottage fried potatoes
    1 medium onion
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in 1/2 to 2-quart casserole.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven, stirring occasionally, 40 to 45 minutes.
