Sinful Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    10 to 12 oz. grated cheese
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. sour cream (one 16 oz. container)
    Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (herb seasoned)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except stuffing mix.
    Spread in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
