Slippery Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    3/4 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix and let set few minutes.
    If thinner pancakes are desired, add more milk.
    We find the thinner, the better.
    Make pan hot, 380\u00b0 or more.
    Serve with real maple syrup.
    Makes 8 pancakes.
