Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter (very soft)
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Spread over crust immediately.
    Return to oven and bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    Cool. Cut into small squares or bars.
