Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned or fresh cut corn
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 pt. scalded milk
1 medium size chopped green pepper (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Beat eggs.
Add milk, fat, corn, green pepper and seasoning. Pour into greased baking dish.
Set dish in pan of hot water. Bake until firm, about an hour.
