Easy Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. corn tortillas
    1 chopped onion
    3/4 lb. grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, enchilada sauce and soup and simmer.
    Tear tortillas and line pan with pieces. Put layer of meat, onion, then cheese; repeat layers.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly.
