Black Bean Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 15 ounce can of black beans (drained)
    1/2 cup of chopped onions (more if you want)
    1/4 cup of chopped cilantro (more if you like cilantro taste)
    1 cup of chopped, seeded cucumber (more if you like cucs)
    1 medium, seeded tomato chopped (more if you like fresh tomatoes)
    1 cup of chopped green bell pepper (more if you like fresh peppers)
    1/2 cup of lemon or lime juice
    1/4 cup of salad oil (less is better)
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon cumin
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 small serrano hot pepper, seeded and chopped (wear gloves when dicing; it is a small dark green pepper found in the fresh produce area)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Use with grilled meats or serve as salsa dip with chips.
    I put more onions and tomatoes than it calls for.
