Balls-O-Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. jar your favorite fish (salmon, trout, etc.)
    1 medium onion, diced
    10 crushed saltine crackers
    1 egg
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Co-Jack or Colby cheese
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place fish in a medium sized bowl.
    Combine onion, egg, crackers, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Mix ingredients together well.
    Cut cheese into 1/2 inch squares.
    Take some of the fish mixture and place one of the cheese squares inside, making sure all of the cheese is covered.
    Gently place the fish ball in a deep fryer.
    Cook approximately 3 to 5 minutes or until the fish floats.
    Serve with sour cream.
