Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. mixed vegetables
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 to 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 stick butter
    1 tube Ritz or saltine crackers
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to directions on package.
    Drain and mix with all other ingredients, except crackers and margarine. Crumble crackers.
    Melt butter and mix with crackers. Pour vegetables into casserole dish.
    Sprinkle crackers on top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes.
